When there is a necessity by specific case, PaPs use opportunity to give a strong voice to art, architecture and design consulting services targeting public spaces of numerous cities and local municipalities in Serbia and wider. PaPs consulting activities are oriented to public/local governments/enterprises, civil activators, private businesses, single or clustered artists - educators and scientists need to find new ways to use public spaces.

PaPs use consulting as an optimal tool for build up capacity of public and civil sector sectors and its stakeholders to consolidate and express their intentions on treating of public spaces, public art and its users.
