The entire exhibition was realized by the students of the Faculty of Architecture, with the support of PaPs, in accordance with the guidelines of their lecturers, and Belgrade City Museum curators. This multimedia exhibition consisted of digital and physical models of individual Fair pavilions, the most interesting fragments of the previously held exhibitions, followed by artifacts from the period, a film dedicated to the construction and opening of the Belgrade Fair, author’s film animation, a virtual walkabout through the Fair complex, as well as guided tours, and lectures. The central part of the exhibition was a model of the Belgrade Fair, done in a scale model of 1:100, on an area of almost 28 m² (7x4m). With the help of this model, it was possible to envisage the entire Fair‘s structure. The visitors had the opportunity to experience for the first time a virtual walkabout, from a human perspective, through the 3D animation of the Fair complex, and with the help of virtual reality equipment. The virtual tour is possible to see down below.

The exhibition “Belgrade Fair - Back to the Future” was seen by 4,200 visitors. They were able to see, as well as, to experience for the first time the atmosphere, and significance of the Fair’s complex, which had been an important part of the capital city’s history.

The exhibition has been continuously followed by the prominent public information services, in a way of announcements for individual events, within daily newspapers and periodicals, as well as, through broadcasts, interviews, and news on all major television and radio programs.
