The regional conference "Openly about Public Spaces" was held from 12th to 13th April 2011. It was organized by the CI Youth Program and the European center for culture and debate GRAD. Aleksandar Bobic, PaPs Program coordinator, presented PaPs program and our recent activities. Other debaters were Prof. Vesna Knežević (Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade), Aleksandar Đerić (programme director of Academica NGO), Aleksandra Jelic (The Centre for Theatre Research - ApsArt).
